Tickets Purchased In Person/Terminals or Agencies

Standard tickets may be purchased at the terminal. Peter Pan has over 50 convenient ticketing locations for bus travel that are available during their normal business hours. Some locations are open 24 hours a day. Please see our Stations and Stops listing for hours of operation.

In addition to standard ticket fares, refundable and non-refundable tickets, discounted, advanced fare and PTO’s (See Pre-paid Ticket Order) are available from many terminals and agencies.

E-Ticket Fares are not available at ticket counters or agencies.

Econo Fares are discounted fares, and as such, they are day and schedule specific and non-refundable. To change the day or time of travel, the ticket can be reissued for a fee at most terminals.

Flex Fares are standard fares, and as such, they are valid for any day and schedule within the validity period.

These tickets are refundable. One-way Flex tickets are valid for ninety days, while round-trip Flex tickets are valid for one year. Tickets can be purchased using U.S. dollars, major credit cards and some debit cards. For your security, a valid photo ID may be asked for during time of purchase.
