PETER PAN BUS LINES honored two of its most respected and valued employees who recently retired from the motorcoach operator division at a joint celebration luncheon held at the Springfield, MA headquarters. Both drivers were saluted by Peter Picknelly, President, and received commemorative plaques and custom-made watches in recognition of their combined 82 years and Five Million Miles of accident-free service to Peter Pan’s customers.
Robert “Gus” Guistimbelli
44 Year Employee
Three Million Mile Driver
• Mr. Guistimbelli was originally hired by our late Chairman, Peter L. Picknelly after honorable discharge from the U.S. Army in 1966. Prior to his retirement, he was our #1 driver in seniority.
• One of our most honored drivers, Gus has received every award our company bestows for outstanding driving, including the prestigious Founder’s Award, the highest award a Peter Pan driver can achieve.
• He is one of only four Peter Pan motorcoach operators who have achieved Three Million Miles of accident-free driving (at least 36 consecutive years of driving without so much as a fender-bender).
• Throughout his career, he was one of Peter Pan’s most requested tour and charter drivers.
• Resides in Agawam, MA with his wife Mary.

• Mr. Flynn was hired by our late Chairman, Peter L. Picknelly, on September 7, 1972.
• Dennis has received every award our company bestows for outstanding driving, including the prestigious Founder’s Award, the highest award a Peter Pan driver can achieve.
• Dennis is a member of the Two Million Mile Hall of Fame, having accrued more than 24 consecutive years of driving without an accident.
• Mr. Flynn has been one of our most popular charter and tour drivers during his career.
• An avid golfer, Dennis resides in Agawam with his wife, Margaret (“Peggy”).
